Issue descriptionChrome Version:54.0.2799.0 (Official Build)8acb9d5f2f71c3df8e64b13ee321a9d194e89785-refs/heads/master@{#405947} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.4), Linux (14.04 LTS) Precondition: Enable 'Material Design User Manager' flag from chrome://flags. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and click on avatar icon in top R.H.S,select 'Switch person' (Switch person window opens). (2)Press tab and spacebar key simultaneously such that grey highlight appears on avatar icon (3)Observe the grey highlight. Actual: Grey highlight remains on previously selected avatar icon after step 2 Expected: Grey highlight should not be seen on previously selected avatar icon. This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M51' i.e series (Chrome version: 51.0.2674.0)
