Regression: Unable to restart from languages section in md-settings of CrOS |

Issue descriptionVersion:54.0.2798.0/8601.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel falco,wolf,gnawty OS: Chrome os What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Sign in to user >> Go to chrome://md-settings/languages >> Manage languages and add any language[Ex:Korean] >> Now click on 3 dot menu of any[here Korean] language,Select Language settings and Observe on/off button (2) Now click on restart button and observe. Expected: After-1: Default ON option should not be seen on adding any language After-2: One should be able to restart on clicking restart button. Actual: After-1: By default ON option is enabled for any added language. After-2: Restart doesn't effect on clicking on it. NOTE:1. If we sign out and sign in again the changed language reflects. 2. Same works fine on windows canary. i.e; Able to relaunch chrome after changing language. This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in M51: 51.0.2704.103/8172.60.0 -Stable-Channel Daisy. @tbuckley: Please help in assigning to appropriate dev.

Still reproducible on ChromeOS 8743.69.0, 54.0.2840.68 beta 1. By default, the button is OFF (intented) 2. But clicking on restart button does nothing.

There no longer appears to be a restart button in the Language section, is that by design? (In which case we can close this).

#7: Not by design! Sounds like a bug. I still can't reproduce. The detail page is gone but the Restart button should still appear inline: 1. When changing the language, a Restart button should appear next to the newly chosen language. 2. Tapping the Restart button should call chrome::AttemptUserExit which should restart.

Oh, I see, the Restart button only appears after changing the language. This is working fine in 56.
