Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. windows key +R
2. chrome.exe chrome://help in the run box
3. opens google home page not about section

What is the expected behavior?
Would like to be be able to run 
chrome.exe chrome://help  from windows run 

What went wrong?
Opens Google home page

OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

We have a number of PC’s locked down and the best way for us to update the Chrome browser is  from an admin account and to open chrome –
settings – about

What I would like to do is send the chrome://help/ to a number of pc’s in
one go.
