Reproduction Steps: 
1. Launch CVox Next, and open CVox Options
2. Tab to option to change TTS voice.
3. Up arrow or down arrow to switch TTS to a different voice/language
Expected: CVox will announce the new setting in the new voice or language.
Actual: CVox announces the new language or voice with the older language or voice. This may be confusing to new users when they expect the voice to change, and yet it does not until they press another command. It also makes it difficult to move through many options at once.
