Add hotkey to access notification bar to Chrome OS Keyboard Help

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Navigate to https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183101?hl=en&source=genius-rts
2. Attempt to find hotkey to access notification bar
Expected: Alt+Shift+N to access notification bar would be listed among the hotkeys.
Actual: I found this hotkey via experimentation. It ought to be added.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Good feedback - we are in communication with the help center team about adding this shortcut and a few others to that page. We have this filed separately in an internal system, so I'll close this out.
