Continuous popups about removed extension, can't stop them.

Reported by liubomi...@gmail.com, Jul 17 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Had Bitdefender Quickscan extension automatically removed from Chrome
2. Now receiving popups from Chrome about that every day
3. Clicking on "OK" or "More information" in the popups doesn't stop them from appearing the next day or even twice a day.

What is the expected behavior?
Popups should appear again only if the user didn't click the "OK" or "More information" buttons. In case the user clicked on them (like me), stop showing them every day.

What went wrong?
Popups about Chrome automatically removed Bitdefender Quickscan extension appear every day. Bitdefender support say that it was removed because of a new policy.

Hello,
The extension is not available on the Webstore because it was removed from Google following its change of Webstore policy. The problem is that after the extension was removed from Webstore, Google Chrome automatically removed it but continues to show the message for this every day. If i get it again i will attach screenshot.
Here is one of the popups.

@liubomirwm: Could you please provide us the similar kind of application that is causing this problem.

Since we could not verify this issue without the application/extension that is not available in the Webstore.

Thank you.
There is no similar kind of extension. Bitdefender have created the only antivirus local scanning extension. The aternative is ESET Online Scanner which works as Internet Explorer addon. Google was dumb enough to remove the only on demand scanner built for Chrome. But i certainly don't want to receive these popups everyday. The problem is not from the extension, but from Chrome. It is Chrome that displays that it has automatically removed the extension (if you don't know when an extension is removed from the WebStore Chrome automatically removes it locally). But there is no need of notifying the user everyday that the extension was removed.

Could someone from the Extension Team please look into this issue.

Thank you.
The extension has reappeared in my Chrome, but it seems that it is still not on the Chrome store. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pdnkcidphdcakpkheohlhocaicfamjie?utm_source=chrome-app-launcher-info-dialog

And when i activated it from the extensions menu 2 minutes later Chrome removed it again. Popups are back. :(
