New function: creating new folder in bookmarks

Device name: Samsung Galaxy S3 Duos

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 53.0.2750.0
OS: Android 5.1.1 (Cyanogenmod 12.1); GT-I9300I Build/LMY48W

Behavior in Android Browser (if applicable):
It's very hard to create new folder inside another folder. There is no button for it!

Steps to reproduce:
Creating a new folder is possible by only one way:
1) create a bookmark in Folder 1 (1.png);
2) move the bookmark (2.png) with creating Folder 2 (3.png and 4.png);
3) and get Folder 2 with the bookmark inside Folder 1 (5.png and 6.png).

Expected result:
New folder is created.

Actual result:
There is so much actions when pushing one simple button is enough!
Please, make one button for adding a new folder! I made a picture for example (7.png).
