The homepage of google chrome has a bug

Hey i m using google nexus 5 and i have found a bug while using it
The bug is in the homepage of chrome where the top most of the page design is broken when we consistently press the + sign(which help to open new tab)
Tge issue can be clearly seen in the vidoe that i have recorder
