undeline is not set in content editable

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://labs.qnimate.com/wysiwyg-editor/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the page http://labs.qnimate.com/wysiwyg-editor/
2. clear all text
3. click "Underline Text" button
4. write "abc" (w underline)
5. remove "abc"
6. click "Underline Text" button
7. write "abc" (w underline)

What is the expected behavior?
there is no underline after step 7

What went wrong?
there is underline even though calling "document.execCommand("underline", false, null);"

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Verified the issue on Latest Stable# 51.0.2704.106 on Windows, Mac and Linux and was not able to reproduce the issue.
Able to see the text with underline after Step 7.

Could you please let us know if anything else has to be done to reproduce the issue.

I think below bug is same to this.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a text edit box that supports formatting (Hangouts or Tumblr work well)
2. Press ctrl+u to turn on underline
3. Type some text
4. Delete what you typed
5. Press ctrl+u again
6. Type some more text
