Reproduction Steps: 
1. Launch Cvox Next
2. inbox.google.com
3. Locate a message that has hidden quoted text, such as a reply to a message, and press enter to open.
4. CVox+right or down arrow to read the content of the message. Locate show quoted text button and CVox+Enter to activate.
Expected: Quoted text is displayed, one can just continue to use CVox+right or down arrow to navigate message.
Actual: Cvox appears to lose focus. CVox+right or down arrow will not move anywhere. One must press tab to return focus to the content, and then one is able to navigate the quoted content.
