Reproduction Steps: 
1. Launch Chromevox
2. Launch Hangouts app, or any app or site that contains editable area.
3. CVox+right arrow to put focus on editable area. If focus is on editable area already, move away and back to editable area with CVox+left/right arrow.
Expected: Chromevox will allow a user to type content into the edit box.
Actual: Chromevox will not allow a user to type into the editable area. A user must, instead, press tab and shift+tab in order to place focus in the edit box before content can be typed.
