Double Clicking in Top Left Corner Crashes Browser

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2798.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome Browser
2. Wait for Chrome UI To load
3. Double Click in the top left corner 

What is the expected behavior?
The Browser to Crash

What went wrong?
This happens in Mac, Windows and Linux 

Crashed report ID: 

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2798.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Effects all 3 Major Platforms
 
This is how most windows work on Windows. Clicking once shows the appmenu and double click closes the window.

Could you please attach any crash id from chrome://crashes for further debugging.

Reporter@ could you please upgrade the chrome to latest stable version 56.0.2924.87 and please let us know your observations if the issue still persists.
