Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enter a URL and try to visit. (eg: https://www.coursera.org/?authMode=login)

What is the expected behavior?
Should display the web page.

What went wrong?
Could not browse most of the websites. Like: Coursera, google app store.

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.60  Channel: stable
OS Version: 4.6.3-300.fc24.x86_64
