Form validation bubble "Please Fill out This Field" don't closes when page closed

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any webpage with a required input. For example: https://jsfiddle.net/juno_okyo/npwqkg35/
2. Do not enter anything and click the submit button.
3. Close the tab.

What is the expected behavior?
The bubble "Please Fill out This Field" should be closed.

What went wrong?
The bubble "Please Fill out This Field" do not closes when the tab has been closed. It only closes when I re-open the webpage and type something into the input.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Able to reproduce the issue on Win 7 using stable 51.0.2704.106 and canary 54.0.2799.0.This is a regression issue broken in M 33.

This feature is unrelated to HTML dialog.

https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?revision=240420&view=revision is more likely.

But benm seems no longer active on the project. Assign to tkent for triage.
