Reproduction Steps: 
1. Launch Chromevox Next.
2. Search+A+T to cycle typing echo to none.
3. CTRO+Alt+Z twice to turn off and back on Chromevox. Alternatively, restart Chromebook.
Expected: Typing Echo Settings remain the way they were set by the user.
Actual: Typing echo settings are not preserved. Typing echo goes back to the default of characters.
