Compared with other paper-checkboxes, the "Help make chrome better" paper-checkbox in Reset is too high and too far to the left. It's only a pixel or two, but in a 16x16 rounded rectangle, it's noticeable.

paper-checkboxes in Settings have a very weird jitter effect when their containing elements are resized. It's weird, and it also makes the checkmarks look odd -- they can get too close to the top-left, or too elongated, or look like the letter V. In a 16x16 rounded rectangle, it's pretty noticeable.

For example, resize the page slowly so the width of the sections changes; the checkmarks jump around.

It's worse for dialogs.

This does not reproduce in MD History, or in Polymer's own paper-checkbox demos.
