Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the demo app available here: https://github.com/cynnyx/cwac-cam2
2. Click on capture
3. Click on shutter button, this is a modified version that opens a chrome instance with a page that uses the camera
4. press back to go back to the app, Chrome crashes with a Security Error accessing camera

What is the expected behavior?
The camera app should be reopened with no chrome errors. This error is reproducible on Galaxy S7 and in some other Samsung phones.
