Issue description
Install Win10 anew from .iso
Switch to fast ring and get 14388
Install system-level Chrome
Try making it default via Windows "Settings" app.
Neither "Settings" nor Chrome thinks that Chrome is the default browser (infobar still shows).
Oddly, the shell does launch Chrome, so it at least thinks Chrome is default ("start http://www.google.com" from a cmd prompt or "http://www.google.com/" in the run dialog).
Could you investigate, Patrick?
