i can't get to my primmary home page. i tryed to powerwash it and it will only let me go to guest side. that's how i'am doing this. please advise me on how to fix my problem.thank you...joe w s ...

The device is fully functional once you are on guest account ? i.e. you can connect to the internet and access the web ?

Were you not able to add a user from the initial screen ?

What kind of acer chromebook is this ?
