Issue descriptionChrome Version : 53.0.2785.15 OS Version: 8530.13.0 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Extend the display 2. Open Android app 3. Double click on header in fullscreen to change to window 4. The window only appears in the extended display (not at all in the primary display) 5. Try to move the display to the primary display What is the expected result? I can see the mouse pointer and click/drag the window accordingly What happens instead of that? The mouse pointer disappears when I hover of the window and clicking/dragging works only slightly. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8530.13.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.15 Safari/537.36 See the attached for how the extended screen looks.
