What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Take any screenshot >> Open in gallery >> Hit "e" for edit menu >> Hit "b" for brightness menu >> Hit full screen button and observe transition >> Again hit full screen button and observe transition

Expected: No such late transition should be seen.
Actual: Instead late transition is seen on entering/exiting full screen.

NOTE:1. This works fine for images opened.
2.This works fine when enter/exit full screen when brightness menu is not opened.

This is Non-regression issue as same behavior is seen in 47.0.2526.106/7520.63.0 stable channel daisy.
