Regression:Street address appears chopped from L.H.S of chrome://md-settings/autofill overlay.

Chrome Version:54.0.2797.0 (Official Build) eb270c9af201e549f3e2e2b1016b6b99565f1706-refs/heads/master@{#405656} (32/64-bit) 
OS:Mac(10.11.4), Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS)


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/ , click on 'Advanced' 
(2)Click on 'Add address' under Autofill settings option, click on 'Street address' field and type a long street address.
(3)Observe the address from L.H.S

Actual:Street address appears chopped from L.H.S of chrome://md-settings/autofill overlay.

Expected:Street address appears should be completely visible from L.H.S of chrome://md-settings/autofill overlay.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M54' and will soon update other info.

Seeing this issue on Mac 10.11.6 using chrome latest version 55.0.2882.0.

hcarmona@ Could you please look into this issue if it is related to your change,else please route this to an appropriate dev person.

Not seeing on latest Canary on MacOS either. Closing. Please re-open if problem can be reproduced.
