Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8530.13.0 (Official Build) dev-channel samus Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Add a view to the layout. 2. Get view's location using this code: int[] location = new int[2]; view.getLocationInWindow(location); What is the expected behavior? getLocationInWindow() should return the on-screen position without the top bar. What went wrong? getLocationInWindow() returns the on-screen position including the top bar, so the view is shifted down (as an example here: http://imgur.com/wtLFv0e - dialog should be created next to the icon highlighted in blue instead of an icon it is located). Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.15 Channel: dev OS Version: 53.0.2785.15 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0.0.200-r1
