Unable to find the exact suspect from the code search, hence assigning to chromium//src/third_party/webrtc/modules/desktop_capture/OWNERS for help in investigating this further.

sergeyu@: Could you please take a look and help in investigating this further.

Note: This could probably be same as Issue 570852 but filing as separate issue as the Crash state is slightly different.

ClusterFuzz testcase 6723259886469120 is flaky and no longer reproduces, so closing issue.

If this is incorrect, please add ClusterFuzz-Wrong label and re-open the issue.
