Delay is seen on check/uncheck of checkbox for background graphics option of print preview.

Chrome Version:54.0.2797.0 (Official Build) eb270c9af201e549f3e2e2b1016b6b99565f1706-refs/heads/master@{#405656} 32-64-bit. 
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://print , right click select 'view page source' option from context menu.
(2)Press Cmd+p to open print preview and tick/untick checkbox of 'background graphics' ,'headers footers' option,observe.

Actual: Delay is seen on check/uncheck of checkbox for background graphics option of print preview.

Expected: Delay should not be seen on check/uncheck of checkbox for background graphics option of print preview.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M30' series i.e (Chrome version: 30.0.1549.0)

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on Windows, Mac and Linux. Changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
The resulting document to print is 30 pages. It's normal for re-rendering to take a non-trivial amount of time.
