Regression: The "Country/Region" font appears smaller than the other fonts in chrome://md-settings

Issue description

Chrome version : 54.0.2797.0 eb270c9af201e549f3e2e2b1016b6b99565f1706-refs/heads/master@{#405656} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/autofill.
2. Click on "Add address" option.
3. Observe the "Country/Region" font.

Actual:   The "Country/Region" font appears smaller than the other fonts.
Expected: The "Country/Region" font should not appear smaller than the other fonts.

This is a regression issue broken in "M-54" and below is the Manual Regression range.
Good Build: 54.0.2795.0
Bad Build : 54.0.2796.0

Still seeing this issue on Mac 10.11.6 using chrome latest beta version 54.0.2840.50.

The Fonts looks fine now on Mac 10.11.6,Ubuntu 14.4 and Win 10 using Stable 55.0.2883.75, Dev 56.0.2924.21 and canary 57.0.2946.0.

Actually no, it's not. This was a paper-dropdown-menu thing, where the "floating label" had its own font size. The label is not part of the dropdown anymore, and has the same size as every other label in the page (also confirmed by comment#5).
