md-settings missing android apps option

As the summary says, the new material design settings is missing an option to enable Android Apps. It shows up in the old settings page though. I'm using the Dev channel on an Acer Chromebook R11.

Thanks for the feedback! We are working to add Android settings to the new settings page. Please continue using the old settings for the time being.
