Regression: Unwanted traces of song title is seen in tabstrip on exiting fullscreen in youtube.com

OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and play any video from www.youtube.com >> Fullscreen and hit "esc" to exit full screenn >> Observe tabstrip 

Expected: No traces should be seen in tabstrip.
Actual: Instead unwanted traces of song title is seen on tabstrip and it disappears on hovering on it.

This is a regression issue broken in M54. Will provide other info in a while.
