[ANR] Chrome_InProcGp CPU usage sometimes up to 100% when activity is onPause()

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open HTC Mail and read a mail
2. Click reply or tap back key

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Chrome_InProcGp CPU usage sometimes up to 100% when leave this activity.

Did this work before? Yes No found related issue before v.50

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.81  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 
Flash Version: 

May be possible happens on eglWaitSync is not called properly before eglDestroSync KHR. The egl calls are made directly from Webview.

How frequently does this happen?

Can you open *chrome*, go to "chrome://gpu", and attach that page here? Easiest may be to print that page as a pdf.
Similar issue also found while using HTC Mail on HTC 10 device.
