Track pad should not zoom in/out based on pinch gesture; if it does, location bar should indicate zoom, provide reset

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 8530.11.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.13 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8530.11.0 (Official Build) dev-channel peach_pi Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Place two fingers on the track pad 2. Pull the two fingers away from each other What is the expected behavior? This gesture should not cause a zoom (or at least should not over-trigger as it does when using two fingers to scroll downward). If the gesture does trigger a zoom, however, the URL bar should indicate the increased zoom level (and provide a quick button to reset to the default zoom). Without that, it is very confusing how to fix. What went wrong? I scrolled downward with two fingers, and the UI zoomed-in for no obvious reason. (In fact, it was so subtle, that I wasn't sure initially that it had zoomed, and I couldn't confirm it because there was no confirmation in the location bar like when using CTRL and +). It took several times of this inadvertent zooming on a downward scroll to realize that this is the track pad implementing pinch-to-zoom (a gesture that doesn't really make sense on a track pad). Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.13 Channel: n/a OS Version: 8530.11.0 Flash Version: |
