Issue descriptionIdle suspending unnecessarily can be bad if the last key frame is far enough away to require a network request to seek back. For example, see the following video, which has one key frame and is 17 seconds long. If you pause it mid way and let it suspend, it takes 10+ seconds to resume and downloads megabytes of data unnecessarily. http://files.facepunch.com/buck2016/July/14/weap.webm
