Remove website from HSTS list

Reported by sinoepro...@gmail.com, Jul 15 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/601.6.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/9.1.1 Safari/601.6.17

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. access the domain http://bdigital.zamorano.edu
2. the page is automatically redirected to https
3. this makes the page doesn't load

What is the expected behavior?
go to the page http://bdigital.zamorano.edu

What went wrong?
our domain was incorrectly submited to the HSTS list in the website https://hstspreload.appspot.com/, we want that our domain be removed as quickly as possible, because our customers are unable to access our domain

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'> Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.11.5
Flash Version:

I think you should only remove the line 11539 in this file.

I think the best way to submit a removal request is to follow the instructions here https://hstspreload.appspot.com/#removal. Unfortunately I think the time frame you'll be looking at is a couple of months as you might need to wait the full release cycle (Canary, Dev, Beta, then Stable) for the new version of Chrome (with your HSTS entry removed) to get released.

Closing this bug as this isn't the right place to file a removal request.
