Issue description[ RUN ] ArcAppModelBuilderTest.IconLoader ../../chrome/browser/ui/app_list/arc/arc_app_unittest.cc:902: Failure Value of: delegate.update_image_cnt() Actual: 2 Expected: 1 + scale_factors.size() Which is: 3 [ FAILED ] ArcAppModelBuilderTest.IconLoader (331 ms) This happens around 5-10% of the time. Disabling until it is fixed.
