Google USB-C to HDMI dongle (hoho) does not advertise itself as an HDCP repeater.

Version: hoho running ToT FW (hoho_v1.7.684-69498dd.bin)
OS: Any

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) connect hoho to any USB-C capable device with DP Alternate mode.
(2) read DPCD register 0x68028

What is the expected output?
value from DPCD address 0x68028 and bcaps bits should indicate its a HDCP repeater.

What do you see instead?
repeater cap not enabled.
