Intermittent for me, and hard to pin down. I SUSPECT a RAM utilization issue; happens regularly when device is in use, on and off for hours, without any browser refresh or warm boot.

This is still happening in Version 53.0.2785.29 dev Platform 8530.30.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_minnie ARC Version 3091973 Firmware Google_Veyron_Minnie.6588.197.0 From laptop to tablet mode > close window > back to laptop resizes the window properly. It only happens after going into portrait orientation > close window > back to laptop mode > new window is small portrait size Also tried laptop > tablet > portrait > close window > tablet orientations > open new window into full size (WAI) > close > open new in laptop mode > same small portrait size.
