'An Update for your google account' - appears repeatedly even if LATER button is pressed, for every search!

Chrome Version       :  51.0.2704.103 m
URLs (if applicable) : None
Other browsers tested: Yes
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: No
    Firefox: No
         IE: Yes - 11.0.9 ( the same problem exists ! )

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) sign in to google account
(2) open google home or do any search 
(3) for every search, the same Question of updating the account appears even if i click LATER repeatedly. which is annoying!

What is the expected result?
I don't want Google to remind me for every search I make that my account needs to be updated. Clicking LATER should delay the reminder by atleast a day.

What happens instead?
Reminder appears for every search!

@shankarigiri2 -- Verified the issue on Latest Chrome Stable# 51.0.2704.106 and Chrome Canary# 54.0.2797.0 and did not observe the issue as mentioned in the steps.

My observations:
Opened gmail and logged and observed the option and clicked on LATER and did not see the option again for few hours.

Could you please re-check and let us know whether the issue is happening again. Please log out of chrome and log in and let us know whether the option is coming again and again.
