What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have latest QOChrome extension installed from CWS
2. Navigate to some blue links: e.g.
http://www.cdhjournal.org/instructions/
or
http://www.streetlaw.org/document/104
3. Double click on these links - I'm expecting these to open up in Quickoffice Chrome. Instead what happens is that they get downloaded.
How often does it reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?)
This is happening much more frequently than before. Not sure when it has started happening.
Other notes:
Both of these files do open successfully in QO Chrome if they are dragged and dropped into the browser. They are both files with mime type of application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document which is a mimetype supported by QO Chrome.
So this currently looks like possibly a server side issue or an issue with Streams.
Passing to the QO vendor team to investigate first, but please let us know if there has been a change in Streams that might have caused this - thx!
