What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to the above url.
(2)Click on 'Quick view' of any of the images.(Kindly refer the video)
(3)Now press 'F12' key to open 'Dev Tools' window and click on the menu options (i.e elements, sources,console)
(4)Observe.

Actual:Dev tools window becomes unresponsive after step 3.

Expected:Dev tools window should not become unresponsive after step 3.

This is Regression issue broken in M-54,below is the Narrow bisect info:

Note:Above issue is not seen on Windows 7,10 and Mac OS.
