Issue descriptionVersion: 52.0.2743.75/8350.56.0 Daisy OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign in to user -> Go to chrome://settings page. (2)Go to wrench menu -> More tools -> Developer tools. (3)Now click on Toogle device toolbar and zoom the page to 150% and observe. Expected: Content of the page should not been seen as blur after zooming to 150%. Actual: Instead, content of the page is seen blur. This is a Non-regression issue and can be seen from M-51. Issue is seen in M-52:52.0.2743.75/8350.55.0 beta channel Paine, Blaze

This issue is not reproducible on Windows and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 - version: 54.0.2797.0 dev. This is Chrome OS specific issue and we don't have set up to bisect this on Chrome OS

@oshima: could this be zoom for dsf? That's the only related ChromeOS difference I can think of.

I could reproduce this on linux, and reloading it fixed it. (52.0.2743.82) To reproduce, you need to change the zoom after it's loaded. Looks like it's using old surface data. I think it just need to be reload & relayout when switching the mode?

+linux. I believe Win has the same issue, but leaving it as I don't have windows machine.

Tested in chrome # 59.0.3071.109, Dev #61.0.3135.4 and Canary # 61.0.3138.0 on Ubuntu 14.04 & win 10.0 & 7 and not able to reproduce the issue.Please find the screen shots for your reference. @Reporter: Could you please check once in latest builds and confirm once. As of now removing the needs-Bisect label. Thanks in Advance.
