Regression: [History] 'Alt' + 'Left arrow' key doesn't work on 'Clear browsing data' page.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 54.0.2794.0 (Official Build) 02e8e6a146a2a17dcd8950b783130d5937ce87dd-refs/heads/master@{#404734} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows(7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://history page and Click on 'Clear browsing data' button.
2. Now, press 'Alt' + 'Left arrow' key from keyboard (Without clicking anywhere on page) and observe.

'Alt' + 'Left arrow' key doesn't work for 'Clear browsing data' page.
It should navigate to 'History' page on pressing 'Alt' + 'Left arrow' from keyboard.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-53', will soon update the other info.

Yeah it has nothing to do with my CL (which only adds functionality when you press Backspace, not Alt+Left).

I tried it and reproduced... note that it's *only* a problem when the drop-down box is focused. If you switch the focus to a checkbox on that page, it works. It looks like the drop-down is stealing the keystroke (and it's not even clear whether this is desired behaviour or not).

Also I am seeing the same behaviour on Windows 51.0.2794.103 so this doesn't appear to be a regression (though the Expected video above does clearly show the drop-down is focused when the shortcut is pressed... confusing).

Can you release a patch to revert the back button change so that this page works as expected?
Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
As of R404952 (currently in Canary), the Clear Browsing Data dialog will open in a new tab when you click the button in History. This indirectly fixes the issue here. Feel free to comment/reopen if you still see the problem in Canary.
