Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Copy a phrase/URL from sources other than google chrome.
2. Right click on Search bar in google chrome. "Paste" option should be enabled as date was copied earlier.

3.If we use "Control + v" , we can paste the data. 

What is the expected behavior?
Right click context menu "paste" option should be enabled

What went wrong?
Right click context menu "paste" option was not enabled
