OS: Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://history
2. Click on iron icon and select 'More from this site' 
3. Repeat step 2 and observe

Actual: Focus stays on iron icon after selecting 'More from this site' for second time.

Expected: Focus should not stay on iron icon after selecting 'More from this site' for second time.

This is a regression issue broken in M-54, below is bisect info.
