Allow moving file to pinned tab

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.75 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Currently it is not allowed, but I pin, for instance, a Whatsapp tab, and sometimes I need do an upload. So I should do each process manually, while unpinned tabs works properly.

What is the expected behavior?
