features: what does it do? why do we need it?

bugs: repro steps (I did X and expected Y but Z happened!)

I clicked the link from a facebook push notification, in order to stop it sending me push notifications from the browser.

It linked to chrome://settings/contentExceptions#notifications

Which looks like it should open a notifications tab in settings.

This no longer occurs, nor can I find any way to revoke push notification settings..
