Can't find Extensions in Settins

I expected to be able to manage my Chrome Extensions from the Settings page, but I couldn't find them.

@tkonchada -- for bugs with Proj-MaterialDesign-WebUI and component:UI>Settings, please leave them as Unconfirmed. The MD Settings team has our own process for triaging these bugs, and we miss bugs when the status is changed!

We are planning to add links to Extensions/History. For now, you can go directly to chrome://extensions or go through the Chrome menu: "More tools > Extensions"
