[Remoting Android] Cursor jumps to the top left corner

Project Member Reported by yuweih@chromium.org, Jul 13 2016

Issue description

Version: ToT
OS: Android

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Switch to indirect input mode
(2) Rotate the screen to landscape orientation
(3) Rotate it to portrait orientation
(4) Move the cursor a little bit

What is the expected output?

Nothing weird happens? O_o The cursor should not jump around.

What do you see instead?

After step 3 the cursor jumps to the center of the screen.
After step 4 the cursor jumps to the top-left corner of the screen.

This sounds like a repro of issue 626460 .

This was caused by some refactoring done in M53. I think we should merge this with the M53 release once I have landed the change in M54.

This fix should be in the M53 and M54 builds. Can you verify? Thanks!

Verified Fixed in 53.0.2785.20 and 54.0.2799.0. Following steps 1-4, the cursor no longer jumps.
