Languages section is missing on Canary

The languages section is completely missing on Chrome OS.

Version: 54.0.2792.0 canary

can you paste your version # and any console errors? may be a dupe of  issue 627932  which should now be fixed

note: you have to be loading chrome://settings on ChromeOS (md-settings doesn't show the bug)
