It is common to see problems when configuring a Windows CRD host for curtain mode if a step is not done correctly or skipped.  I recently added host logging which will pinpoints these problems but I think we should return more detailed information back to the client.

Having this info in the client will allow users to understand the problem without having to gather host logs (which requires admin access on the host).  This should speed up the debugging process and make setting up curtain mode less error prone.
