"Services" Context Menu Gone in Hangouts Mac App

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Google Hangouts App 2. Highlight any chat phrase and right-click for contextual menu 3. The global OSX "Services" menu from is missing What is the expected behavior? The "Services" menu should appear just like it does when chatting via Gmail in the browser. I use this hundreds of times a day to "Reveal in Finder" while chatting paths to our local server. What went wrong? Context Menu is missing "Services" WebStore page: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-hangouts/nckgahadagoaajjgafhacjanaoiihapd Did this work before? No Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.10.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 I can't move my company over to Hangouts until this is fixed, until then we are forced to use the browser and competitor's services. |
