See if no_pch is needed for /analyze builds

This setting has been used since forever, but the reasons are not clear. Using PCH files might improve build times.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
The /analyze builder is becoming less and less useful and will probably be turned down soon (especially when we switch to clang-cl). Closing as WontFix.
